First, you will apply. The application process ensures that you and I will be a good fit for one another. Being able to help you with your unique goals is my #1 priority. And of course, I want our energy to vibe on the same plane!
After you apply, within 24 hours, you will receive an acceptance note OR a note deeming it's not a good fit (I do not accept every application).
Next, if you have been accepted, I will give you an overview of my thought process for your goals over the duration of the time we will work together. If it aligns with your goals & desires, you will receive a link to sign up.
Once you sign up, you will receive onboarding directions & instructions for you to begin learning all about macros and start tracking your food.
Once you submit your initial check-in, it will take me 4-5 days to create your protocol. Your check-ins will officially begin based on the start date we have previously discussed (dependent on my enrollment schedule - I onboard 2 new girls every 2 weeks). If you happen to join on an off week, this means you will have additional time to get familiar with your protocol before your time officially begins!
Once your start date begins, we will have weekly check-ins where I will make adjustments to your cardio / macros based on your progress and our game plan for your goals!
When our program time has concluded, you will have the option to continue working on your own with an exit strategy I'll provide for you or you can sign up for additional time if you loved the accountability and guidance!
Is coaching right for me?

Diamond 12 Weeks: Girls who join Diamond 12 Weeks are 1) wanting a more direct coaching approach and want weekly access to me to ask questions and get face-to-face (via zoom) feedback 2) ready to go all in starting or leveling up their current training that includes more attention, time and direct access to me.
What is the success rate like?
All programs require commitment and work on your end. Every girl who follows the program correctly gets results!
Depending on what your goals are, your current level of fitness, and what you are personally wanting to achieve may require a longer time commitment with me.
No! I believe progress can be 100% achieved with workouts and food alone.
What are the workouts like?
You will be given workouts for the gym or at home for the duration of your program. I will help you set up the schedule for you current situation so you can execute with ease. I will develop custom cardio protocols based on your needs to accelerate results. Workouts have video demo and written instructions so you are confident with how to do the exercises. I will help you tailor them for your level of training.
With the Diamond Plan what do the group calls entail?
Every week on Fridays, we will meet via zoom so we can chatdirectly about how your week went. I have 2 calls times available (11:30 AM PST & 3:30 PM PST - you can choose one to attend).
I have seen that the high accountability to show up directly to me each week with correlated with higher success rates. I also love getting to know you more and ask you questions so I can get you an immediate update.
How long will it take to get started with the program?
After you sign up, you will immediately receive access to your account. Here you will begin learning and tracking your natural intake of macros/calories. Once you submit your initial check-in, I will begin work on your program. It's typically 4-5 business day turn around. Your time will not begin until you've received your program. Once the start date has arrived, each week you will be sent your check-in link and your update will be posted within 24-48 hours of your submission.
Will I get cheat meals?
Yes. Depending on your progress! I will either let you have a weekly or bi-weekly cheat meal. If you prefer, I will customize a refeed instead.
Will I track macros or use a meal plan?
I will help you accelerate the learning process when it comes to macros. You will learn how to fit the foods into your diet that you love! I feel this is very important for longevity for your goals. I will help you reverse diet (+/-) and find that sweet spot to getting results while keeping your macros as high as possible. I will monitor and update your macros based on your weekly progress. Your coaching will also come with an initial custom meal plan to get you started! If you want an updated meal plan, that will be an additional $97 charge.
Can I drink alcohol?
Yes, but I feel like moderation is important with all things. But if your progress is stalling, I will most likely ask you to nix alcohol for a few weeks.
How much access will I get to Kristie?

Diamond Coaching will have weekly group calls to talk directly to me.
