However, We make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or Your individual use of the website. LEGAL HOUSE KEEPING OF USING GIRL HUSTLE TRAINER FOR YOUR CLIENTS:

1. Girl Hustle Trainer Coaches Edition was created for educational purposes only.

2. The permission agreement I granted is solely for YOU (not your coaching friends).

3. The permission agreement is ONLY for Girl Hustle Trainer, not my other programs (if you choose to purchase them). All of my stand alone programs ARE NOT included in the permission agreement.

3. Girl Hustle Trainer Coaches Edition is NOT a "white label" course where you can copy and paste and put your own brand on it.

After going through the Yes's & No's, if you have any questions about what you can and cannot do with Girl Hustle Trainer, please shoot us a message for clarity!

Legalities & Permissions of Using Girl Hustle Trainer for your clients:

YES YOU CAN:

• You CAN use the macro calculators for your unlimited number of clients.
• You CAN use any and all of the education for inspiration to create your own PDF's or courses.
• You CAN use my exact format & questions for client check-ins.
• You CAN use my exact system for setting up your client's protocols.
• You CAN take inspiration of the workouts to design your own.
• You CAN take inspiration of the workout videos to film your own.
• You CAN use the recipes as is in your own formatted pdf or document (no screenshots).
• You CAN join my client FB group to absorb the teachings and get inspiration on how to run your own successful group.
• You CAN post in my FB group with questions regarding your own training & results.
  
  
  

NO YOU CANNOT:

• You CANNOT copy & paste ANY of the material - Girl Hustle Trainer is copy righted and I will take legal action for plagiarism.
• You CANNOT screenshot any of the information and pass it off as your own in PDF's, on social media, or any online groups.
• You CANNOT use ANY of my branding logos or names (Girl Hustle Trainer, Girl Hustle, Kristie Barker) for your recreations.
• You CANNOT use ANY of my workout videos for your clients and pass off as your own.
• You CANNOT sell or share any of the content or material with other coaches, trainers, consultants, or marketers. I have only given permission to YOU to utilize the information. If other people are interested, please refer them to purchase themselves with an affiliate link we can set up for you where you can earn money!
• You CANNOT freely publish ANY of the content.
• You CANNOT offer or sell any competing services that use any of my information. 
• You CANNOT share any of the original content on any social media, groups, or websites.
• You CANNOT give direct access to your account to anyone else. We can track IP addresses and we will shut down your account WITHOUT REFUND if we suspect this is happening.
• You CANNOT target my clients for your own personal training services if you choose to join my FB group.
• You CANNOT post in the FB group about personal training application course content. If you have questions about the course content, please contact us here.

Upon purchase of Girl Hustle Trainer Coaches Edition you agreed to these terms:

1. A. Results May Very: Everyone’s body is different and the rate of weight loss, muscle gain, and strength gain will vary from person to person. Transformation pictures and testimonials of the Girl Hustle Trainer DO NOT guarantee results for yourself or your clients.

1. B. Results May Very: Any business advice/personal success I share does not guarantee success in your own coaching business.

2. The guides within Girl Hustle Trainer are not meant to treat or cure any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Before you/and your clients decide to engage in any diet or exercise program, it is advised you (and your clients) consult with a medical physician to ensure personal health and physical safety.

3. By using the Girl Hustle Trainer, its products, or services for YOURSELF, you are agreeing to release responsibility of Girl Hustle, LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from the risk, loss, injury, or any legal liability that may occur. Girl Hustle, LLC and all associates do not assume responsibility for injuries or health complications incurred during use of the Girl Hustle Trainer, its products, or services.

4. NASM & AFAA CEU CREDITS:

Girl Hustle Trainer Coaches Edition is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine & The Athletics And Fitness Association of America as an approved Continuing Education Provider.

Upon completion of all modules, quizzes, & final test, you will be awarded your certification of completion.

If you are on a payment plan, all payments must be complete before certification will be awarded.

REFUND POLICY:

All programs and services under Girl Hustle Mind & Muscle, LLC and www.kristie-barker.com are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes any bundles, sale items, one-time offer purchases, and coaching.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided for any digital based product or service.

Girl Hustle is a digital product service provider - to protect us against fraud, scammers, and theft - we are firm with our refund policy. If there is a chargeback (dispute) received and is ruled in the clients favor, we will have the police investigate & press theft charges.

Kristie prides herself on her coaching services and communication level to ensure satisfaction with each client and member of Girl Hustle. Girl Hustle Trainer is non-refundable because of its digital nature. Kristie has a very high success and satisfactory rate for every girl who has done the work and utilized the tools they are given. Kristie stands behinds it and will go above and beyond to ensure the success of each girl who is willing to do the work and communicate.

However, there are circumstances that include medical reasons / injuries that would make it difficult to reach goals. In this case, we highly recommend not signing if you fall under this category because the "no refund policy" will still stand. If you have doubts that you will be unable to achieve success with diet/workouts alone, we recommend talking to your doctor and reflect before joining.

GIRL HUSTLE TRAINER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

1. 2022 - Girl Hustle Trainer Coaches Edition is non-refundable.

2. The term “Lifetime” in regards to the Girl Hustle Trainer Lifetime Membership (2018 - current date) is referring to the longevity of Girl Hustle, LLC as a company, not your lifetime.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY:

Upon action of subscribing to program payment plan, you are agreeing to pay each installment for the duration of the payment plan agreement and will be held accountable. You are not eligible to cancel your payments. This is a payment plan, not a subscription based service.

These terms are accepted by You at check out.

We understand that cards expire or fraud happens. If for any reason you need to update your card on file, please contact [team@girl-hustle.com] immediately to avoid penalties. You are responsible to ensure that the payments are made on time. If your account is beyond 30-days overdue, we reserve the right to turn over the account to collections with outstanding interests and accrued costs incurred in order to engage a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to attend engaged by the company; in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable. If dues go unpaid all access to any prior purchased programs will be revoked until payments are successfully made.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By purchasing a product, program, or coaching service of Company You are agreeing to the above policies and waiving your rights to pursue any legal action against Girl Hustle Mind & Muscle, LLC, its employees and its contractors.
