The site is down/I can't log in...what do I do?

If you ever run into a problem where you can’t login, please clear your browser history. If that is unsuccessful, it is most likely your internet connect. Disconnect from wifi, wait a few minutes, refresh and try again.

How long do I get access to my account and program?
The program(s) you've purchased are yours to keep. You will always have access to your account regardless of how long it takes for you to complete your programs.

I haven't received my log in info yet, when will I?
Log in access is sent within 10 minutes of purchasing any programs, please check your junk/spam (all folders) for it! If it's still not there, we will re-push it out to you.

Can I share my login with a friend?
NO! We can see your account activity, including the IP addresses. If you share your login info this is the equivalent of stealing an online digital product and will result with your account shut down WITHOUT a refund.

Why does my bank statement say "recurring" when I purchased a one time payment program?
We capture payments securely through Stripe and depending on how your bank "talks" to Stripe, "recurring" can be the language they use to say "successful" or “payment complete”. We have no control over your banks language. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us. We are happy to send you a screenshot of your ONE TIME payment and see that there is no subscription. I would never mislead you or want to break your trust. I value you as a client! I wish I could change this and am currently working with Stripe to see if there is anything we can do. But in the mean time…please rest assured if you opted in for any of my one time payment programs, they are in fact a ONE TIME payment and you will not see additional charges from us.
